  • The only place you are allowed to dress is in the PE locker rooms!  There is absolutely no dressing in the weight room or varsity locker rooms!!!  There are no exceptions!
  • Fighting in the locker is NOT tolerated and will result in a loss of dressing out privileges there.
  • If you do not dress, ten (10) points will be deducted from your weekly skills grade.  If you do not participate for the day, another ten (10) points will be deducted.  Each student earns 20 points a day resulting in a possible weekly grade of 100.  Weekly grades help in determining the final average.
  • Failure to dress out, not follow directions, unsafe behavior, disrespect to instructor / other classmates, etc. can result in removal from the physical conditioning class.
  • All students are expected to stay with the class, not wandering the halls outside the weight room, small gym, or outside in the parking lot.  Being on task in the weight room is imperative to receiving beneficial weight training. BRING WATER BOTTLE FOR CLASS!!!
